Refund policy

We strive for excellent customer service and hope you are pleased with your purchase and experience! Please let us know if there is anything we can help with by emailing us at: support@homeinharmonydesigns.com. 

For items that are purchased on our website, we offer returns for store credit only within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns must have product tags and original packaging. We do not reimburse for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of damages, please email our team with product photos within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note the following items are Final Sale for both online and in-store purchases: candles, jewelry, pickleball paddles, art, custom made items, and sale items.
